Quilting helps me cope with my hectic job, being a Mum, wife, daughter, friend...... I love that I can create with fabrics something that is practical, warm and hopefully attractive to me or the person I give it to.
My husband does sometimes ask if I'm enjoying my hobby as I huff and tut at a project that I have decided to make with an unrealistic timescale.
I have recently joined a lovely quilt group but the quilting internet world provides me with so much inspiration, information and answers.
